SELF-ESTEEM

 We were all born with great self-esteem, but then someone comes along or some event happens which destroys your self-esteem. 

 

Often, a person with low self-esteem will be a person who is very kind and is always doing favours for friends.  You will often be wanting more time for yourself but you never seem to get it because you fill your day doing things for others and you find it hard to say “NO” usually because you feel guilty.  You even find yourself doing things that you don’t really want to do.  You will look after everyone one better than you look after yourself.  Quite often you live your life in chaos and disorder.  You are great at giving sound advice to others, but you aren’t able to listen to that for yourself.   Do you have a critical “inner voice” which gives you negative messages such as “You can’t do that” or “You look awful in that”.  These messages can continue all day long. 

 

Isn’t it time for you to take back control.  To learn to say “No” in a good way so you can put yourself and your needs first, in a positive way.  We can help you to gain back your confidence.  To learn to acknowledge small successes and to congratulate yourself to build confidence.  You can’t change the past, but you can change your future to live a happier life where you are in control and confident to take on what you really want, and comfortably say no to what you don’t want.
