What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is an altered state, a form of deep physical relaxation in which the subconscious mind is more aware and becomes much more receptive to open suggestion and healing. Suggestions are designed to change limiting thought patterns and beliefs.

How does Hypnotherapy work?

Hypnotherapy will begin when you are sitting or laying comfortably and relaxed, through the use of a calm voice we can guide you to enter a your subconscious state known as trance. Trance is a very ordinary state; we all experience this throughout every day life...

Have you ever driven somewhere and not remembered part of the journey? Hypnosis is similar to this extreme state of focused attention. It is important to remember that whilst you are in deep relaxation you will hear and remember everything and you will always remain in control. Clients often comment on how relaxed they feel at the end of a session.
