We are proud to be using the S.T.I.L.L method.

The STILL Method, is a complete system to reduce anxiety. It uses a step-by-step approach to understand and manage anxiety and improve low self-esteem. It gives children the tools to face challenges, feel empowered, and overcome anxiety. It teaches techniques to deal with immediate crisis, such as panic attacks, but also demonstrates easy to learn ways of dealing with painful memories and recurring thoughts. The STILL Method is fun and engaging.
The STILL Method has five elements: STOP - TALK - IMAGINE - LISTEN - LEARN
Each session of the workshop introduces one element, with the first session focussing on how to stop feelings of anxiety, and by session five students will have created their own unique STILL plan.
The STILL plan provides students with the tools to deal with difficult feelings, fear and phobic thoughts.
Sessions are run on a 1-1 basis or group workshops for children or adults
