NAIL BITING

Are you desperate to give up nail biting?  Are you embarrassed over the look of your bitten nails?  Do you find yourself trying to hide your fingers in work or social situations?  Are they bitten down to the point that they are so sore you can’t even touch them or brush them against something?

In order to stop biting, you first need to understand the problem and why you do it.   You may have been copied behaviour early in life at pre-school; It may be just a bad habit that you do when you are stressed or bored but it can also be an expression of internal worries.  You may not even be aware you do it!  Whatever your story, we can look into how your habit works and bring you to a place where you don’t do it again.  How would that feel and look!
