Anxiety & Panic: The feeling of anxiety and panic is quite common in all of us, and is normal, as we experience fear because it keeps us away from danger or being hurt. Your anxiety state can range from being mild to being severe. Panic attacks are sudden, intense and often just appear taking your by surprise. It may even feel as though you are having a heart attack! You can experience palpitations, trembling which can last from fifteen seconds up to thirty minutes or possibly longer.
